So you think millennial’s just don’t get it? Sure, I was not able to unwrap a brand new NES on Christmas day while wearing my Transformers pajamas. However, you know what? You were spoon fed games at an early age. Back in your day, all that was required was a console and a cartridge. You don’t know the struggle of hopping on the inter-webs and navigating shoddy website after website to find a legit copy of ZSNES. You never had to use a keyboard instead of an NES controller. Trust me. It ain’t easy! (ed. note - Can confirm. Not easy at all.)
Millennials grew up in a time when the internet and technology started to boom. Of course, we research and build our computers. Of course, we spend countless hours reading reviews about hardware to ensure we spend our hard earned money wisely. Just because we grew up with technology in our everyday life doesn’t make us any less appreciative towards the classics!
Retro is in these days. The SNES classic has sold millions! Millennials are spending millions of dollars to get that classic Nintendo experience. How dare you accuse us of not appreciating classic gaming?
If anyone is to blame, its the Fortnite generation.
